  • Craving Change: A 6 week how-to workshop focused on changing your relationship with food.

 

  • Eat Smart for Your Heart: Discover foods to eat for a healthy heart. This program will be helpful for people with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart problems or anyone who wants to learn how to eat to keep your heart healthy

  • Grocery Store Tours: Discover how to make healthy food choices, read food labels and shop on a budget. Call us to be placed on a waiting list

 

  • Heart Healthy Shopping and Label Reading: Learn how to read and understand food labels to help you make wise choices about the foods you eat

 

  • Healthy You: A monthly support group led by a registered dietitian for individuals who have taken the Healthy You program.

 

  • Let's Get Cooking: Learn basic skills to prepare quick and tasty, low cost meals. No cooking experience necessary.
